2. Server log files on page access
When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical data transmitted by your browser (including IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type, referrer URL). This data is processed exclusively for the technical delivery of the site and to ensure system security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in stable and secure operation) and is automatically deleted after a short period. No merging with other data sources takes place.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website currently uses no cookies, no analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), and no marketing or tracking pixels.
4. Contacting us by email
If you contact us via the "Request company version" button or directly by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. email address, name, company) solely to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measure). The data is deleted once it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Calendar feed (trial access) and newsletter (customized version)
The free trial access is provided exclusively via an ICS calendar subscription. Downloading or subscribing to the calendar feed involves no transmission of personal data to us — we have no knowledge of who has subscribed to the calendar. If you additionally wish to use the email newsletter as part of a customized company version, the contact data used for this (typically your business email address) is used exclusively to deliver the agreed content. It is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes. If an email marketing service provider (e.g. Brevo) is used for delivery, we will inform you separately before you start using it about the specific provider, the data transfer, and your objection rights; a corresponding data processing agreement is concluded with the provider.
6. Team-level evaluation (privacy by design)
In the free trial access, nothing is collected at all — not even aggregated figures. Only if you subsequently agree to an individual company version do we collect exclusively aggregated participation rates and an overall awareness level at team or company level. Evaluation, storage, or disclosure of individual results of specific persons never takes place.
7. Your rights
In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact info@kosyst.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
8. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy will be updated as soon as new features (e.g. a signup form, analytics tools, or a hosted evaluation dashboard) are added.
